Very short and quick interview discussing my current spot in life and a get to know each other interview, hired on the spot. Manager was very nice when I got the interview, just called to see if there was an opening and got to schedule interview for the next day

It was incredibly easy. They actually cared about the individual. They treated everyone like family and there was only one interview process. The management team was very welcoming regardless of race, gender, and sexuality.
