Had an interview with HR and the Hiring Manager, including technical questions. It’s a great company! The job requires traveling, so they made sure I was comfortable with that. The integration was very well done and training was provided.

1 with HR and 2 with managers/directors, if you get to Luigi then you got the job (make sure you have a lot of questions prepared for him as you’ll be asking him more questions than him asking you)

1 with HR (ex: tell me about yourself and your past experiences, why this company/position, what’s your ideal manager)
2 with managers/directors (more situational questions, ex: why this role, what do you know of this role, tell me about a time you had a disagreement and how you dealt with it, tell me about a time you had to troubleshoot, who inspires you, if you could go back in time what would you change, last book you reading you started your own company what would your three values be)

Entretien
1st call is a personality assessment with the recruiter. 2nd call with the department manager where we reviewed the expectations of the role. 3rd call with a senior who asked some technical questions. Lastly a 4th call with someone more junior to ask any questions I had.
