Entretien
It was quick. I applied in morning around 9am and I got my offer letter by 9pm. The HR is quick to respond and adhered to the timelines they gave for each round. And the best part, everything was done online.

Question 1
There was an initial comms round followed by a written exam. Then the final interview with the manager. Questions were related to my resume profile and about what a BPO is, what customer service is, qualities of customer service agent.
First started with an extempore followed by two more rounds. I was rejected 1st round so don't know more details about other rounds. The interview was short and an instant result was declared.
