I attended the written test on December 23rd 2018 and I was qualified for TR. I was asked to attend the TR on January 11th,2019. I was asked to come at 2 and the process started at 4. There were 13 members along with me who were waiting to clear all the rounds and get the job. There were two technical rounds one in Java and the other on SQL. Unfortunately,out of 14 members only 3 were shortlisted for HR and I'm one among the 3. We three were asked to come on 14th at 1pm. And we were made to wait till 3pm. A delivery head of Tech Mahindra (Nagarjun Malladi) came and asked if we have knowledge in Python. The interview was Java based and we wondered why they asked us about Python. We said we don't know python and he gave us time of 3 weeks to learn Python and asked us to attend the interview again. Within a week on 22nd Jan,2019. I got a call from Vikas (HR) asking me to come for the interview. I went for the interview and again all the others who were rejected in the first TR were there. Vikas (HR) said that they are giving a second chance. This time there were 2 rounds of interview and it went till 7 in the evening. Now, 9 of us were selected. We were told that we would be working on SAP. We were again asked to attend the HR on 25th Jan. The HR round was done and there is no sign of any offer letter. I realized that I wasted my whole time in this process.

The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first round was a technical screening focused on Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL, and object-oriented programming concepts. The second round involved project discussions, problem-solving scenarios, and questions about microservices architecture and debugging production issues. The final round was with the hiring manager, covering my experience, teamwork, communication skills, and career goals. The interviewers were professional, and the overall process was smooth and well-organized.

interview was average not to easy not too tough, asked few questions regarding coding as well, first was telephonic interview with the HR and second was technical interview with the manager, overall was good
