The Process is detailed and quite managed. There is a set process which was followed to hire.
There are a couple of rounds to get selected. Passport is required for hiring.
The first round is Telephonic and with HR. Second round is technical Face to face.
Third round is with a senior staff member. Fourth round is with the managers of the team who tell about the part we would be playing in the company and what kind of Project we are getting into.

Register to front desh then go to common hall where multiple interview going on at same time, no seperate cabine for interview.
After clearing first round will be asked to go to seperate section where scond round of interview will be held

Asked me about stream question one coding question he has given me on stream and kafka deep dive as my project were on kafka . He asked me to explain my project and then from all three project he picked up some scenarios and asked me deep dive in that
