I got call from a Recruitment Agency(Contact Terminus) for walk in interview at Tech M Noida on April 24, 2016 at 9:30am - 02:00 pm.
I reached the venue at 08:40AM. Gate keeper told me to wait outside as interview would start from 09:30am. At 10am I was allowed to go inside. Interview process started by 11. Till 12:30, I appeared for 3 technical rounds then I was told to wait for last HR round.
Finally at 4:10pm HR gave me call. He offered me seat and very 1st sentence he said that "we can't hire you because you don't have complete 3 years of experience on the day. You are at 2:10 years so ineligible for the post". I raised the concern that Why should you have not disclosed this to me at the starting of my interview process?After 5 min of discussion, HR asked me to go for another round(Aptitude) as my exp. is less than 3 years. I accepted that.
Online Aptitude test contained 180 questions with 12 sections and only 75 mins of time duration. Means in every single minutes I had to answer more then 2 questions. And moreover candidates must achieve cutoff marks in all 12 sections. I was amazed to see either m here for JBoss Admin post or for a gov't job. Even the gov't exam like SSC-CGL & IBPS don't require that level of competency in aptitude. And this unethical way of interview caused me fail. Till then it was 5:30pm in the clock.
I left the company premise with a regret of being there.
There were no arrangement of smooth interview process by HR. They were unable to manage interview of even 30 people.
