I applied through Monster. Within a day or two, they contacted me to set up an interview. The interview process was very nice and professional. The office is nice while still having a down to earth feel. After my first interview they called me that same afternoon to tell me I had moved on to the next round of interviews. I had a second interview set up a few days later, but I had to cancel last minute due to a family emergency.
