The interview process at my Taco Bell was extremely fast, only 4 questions then hired on the spot! Manager was very kind and understanding. This may be different at other Taco Bells but they are desperate to hire people right now.

They called me first and asked if I'm able to work overight and then schedule an interview.
They really need someone to work overnight and the manager only asked 2 very simple questions.
I answered a few basic questions and got offered the job almost immediately. I would say dress business casual for the job interview and ask a few questions back to the interviewer.
