There wasn't much of a benefits pkg....i was part time
The best thing about the benefits package at Taco Bell is that you get 50% off your order before and after your shift, and 20% off any other time even at other franchises owned by their parent company Yum Corporation. The worst thing is that that's really all there is. You don't get too much from being an employee there. And even if you go on maternity / bereavement leave, you don't get paid for it.
not bad at all. All things considered food is pretty good and you get to have some pretty nice benefits from working there
Good bonus program Good benefits long hours
|The benefits were not really a hightlight of the job.
best place to work, good benefits
Everything Is covered and great life out there
The benefits package is horrible. Not even worth what you pay for. You don't get raises or even reviews done, well it is extremely rare. The past 4 years there has been 1 review and raise of $0.05/hour given to some employees. There are occasionally challenges between all the chained stores in which the store might get a $50 gift card to share, but even that is rare.
work life balance and pay structure
Not much benefits but easy steady job
