The excessive number of rounds made me feel drained and stressed out, and it wasn't a healthy or fair process for candidates like myself. Had to prepare to meet multiple team members that were super laid back and some didn't even have questions prepared so I tried my best to make myself look great. Received a call a week later waiting anxiously to be told I didn't get the job with no explanation why. Was very disappointed by the wasted time and hope.
