Very straight forward, interviewer asked a few general questions and then got to the point of asking why type of work I was looking for and if I had any previous experience.

They called me first and asked if I'm able to work overight and then schedule an interview.
They really need someone to work overnight and the manager only asked 2 very simple questions.
I answered a few basic questions and got offered the job almost immediately. I would say dress business casual for the job interview and ask a few questions back to the interviewer.
