One-on-one interview with the general manager. They asked the usual questions about previous experience, strengths and weaknesses. The whole interview lasted around 30 minutes and I heard back with an offer the next day.

They called me first and asked if I'm able to work overight and then schedule an interview.
They really need someone to work overnight and the manager only asked 2 very simple questions.
I answered a few basic questions and got offered the job almost immediately. I would say dress business casual for the job interview and ask a few questions back to the interviewer.
