It was laid back and honest. He was easy going and described the job well. Gave me choice which i prefer food prep or front counter. Once interview was done he told me he was 85% chance id be hired. And i did get hired. And got paid more then average pay. He took into consideration my experience. I was happy about that.

They called me first and asked if I'm able to work overight and then schedule an interview.
They really need someone to work overnight and the manager only asked 2 very simple questions.
I answered a few basic questions and got offered the job almost immediately. I would say dress business casual for the job interview and ask a few questions back to the interviewer.
