Super easy, was a store employee, and they allowed me to move up into management without even interviewing, however not good as anybody who somewhat eorks can easily get the job.

Easy process. Standard in the industry. Started with just a phone call with a representative and then did two more rounds of interviews. Everyone I talked to was pleasant. Team seemed understaffed and they preferred someone bilingual.
