I have applied to three different taco bells and was hired for each of them. One of them took longer than the rest because I didn't transfer between stores when I moved from Illinois to Washington, I just went to the store and asked for a job. It was all pretty straightforward. They asked me to fill out a personality quiz after they asked me questions.
asked very basic questions, member of staff was not friendly she seemed like shes didn't want to be interviewing me. Availability was important. Didn't like that i was a student as they needed someone who was fully flexible
Some questions about past experiences in customer service. Asked about scenarios like a time when I had to deal with expectations from others. Asked about availability in terms of hours and best days.

It was easy and I do love my Doritos. Anyone can tell you Taco Tuesdays are where it is at. I wanted free tacos but that wasn't part of the interview process.
