Lenghty process, No intermediate contact, Questions that did not fit the job description at all, Extreme tardiness to adere to their own schedule, no knowlçedge of the CV they had in hand prior to the interview (only read it in my presence).

How could your previous restaurant work help you in this position?
Had an interview over the phone from a recruiter. Interview was a few basic questions and wasn't too bad. The interview was about 30 minutes long and afterwards the recruiter thought I would be a good fit and told me that h would contact me in the next few days if I was hired

Entretien
I had to do a test for the first part of the interview and then met with a lady from HR.
Then i had a group interview for the second part, about 12 people.
we went around answering questions.
mostly about dealing with customer service and step to ensuring good customer service.

they asked a bunch of grammar and comprehension questions. then asked basic questions about computer knowledge for both Apple and Microsoft.
