Entretien
Initially, a casual phone discussion, often followed up with a lunch meeting to get to know you better. Recruiters are often not as technically knowledgeable (they are sales people), so using industry buzzwords and being very positive and eager is a plus. The recruiters that want to meet you in person are key - they are far more likely to place you than non-local recruiters who just place via resume and a very brief phone conversation.

Age ranges from people who don't know much of IT to super high end professionals its rough to discern a right path. Multiple agents come in to basically get you hired. I was picked with a bunch of people who knew very little of IT currently an MBAITM student. Big mismatch

A lot of bullying . Account manger forces you into
in-person interview without asking permission and reprimands you if you ask where the interview actually is.

Did you not agree to this interview? What do you mean you want to the the specifics as the time, location, and hiring manager? I don't like your attitude. Just meet me in the lobby 10-15 minutes before head of time. BTW, the last two contractor were fired because we didn't give them the correct job description (which was not provided).
