Had very bad experience with HR process, They discussed the salary for 4-5 days to negotiate me later when I said yes and asked for the offer letter, Hr just sent me the message that we hired someone else and could not continue with your candidature, and kept me on hold as they can not negotiate the salary. They have no guts to offer the salary, Instead of this they should update us on first call that they have bar for salary can not oford the expectation.
