A recruiter responded back about a day later from my application. Did a short phone screening with the recruiter for about 10 mins asking about weaknesses and strengths, why I wanted to work there, then talked about the job description and duties. A week later had a video interview with the hiring manager which did not go well, they only really cared if I could do all the duties and responsibilities right away and did not ask me much about who I was as a person and how I could be a fit. The second interview ended abruptly in 15 minutes.

It was two stages, the first stage was a basic introduction to the HR team and if I had the right qualifications to be on the team. Second stage was with the manager and team member to see if I would be a good fit
