Initial phone screening with HR hiring manager. Fairly straight forward about what you're looking for, why Swinerton, etc. The second round was with the market leader in the area that they were looking to hire the position for. Asked specific questions about experience, judgement and impact.

Two interviews in total - overall process took about 3 weeks. One with HR and then one with two hiring managers. I was kept in the loop continuously and the communication was top notch.
