The interview will talk about your technical background, how you assist the customer and how you resolve the issue. It also ask if you about your previous Job and they will let you to tell a story about your previous work. They will also ask you what you can contribute to their company and how can you become a good asset .

They called me for an interview, and scheduled two different dates because there it was a system error occurred as they don't work on Saturday 05/07 so I joined the correct call on 07/07 to be interviewed and hopefully be able to start on 14/07. A few days later, they sent me a communication in regard to application rejection and on 15/07 they have posted again the same job offer on Linkedin and interviewed a friend of mine...no explanation for this behavior and they wasted my time and obviously they are still looking for the position. No words...
First, an In-person interview then an online aptitude test. Pretty straight forward and asked questions such as strengths, weaknesses, etc. Second interview was with direct supervisor and was more like a formality.

1. Excellent communication
2. Technical round
3. Project manager round
Explanation:
They are expecting a fluent English communication from the candidate. Then basic knowledge on technical support role.
