Its a campus interview. Two mode: voice and non-voice. In voice section they conducted jam about your favorite place and in non- voice they told us to write your favorite character in any movie whom would create an impact to society if they were real.

The entire process ended under 1 minute and they didn't even bother to check the written test. They just selected a few students and didn't give a fair chance to others.
