Small round in Tele Calling itself and interviewer asked me self intro, long term goals, brief your college experiences, a childhood memory.
They are asking these questions for understanding that how we handle a situation and how is our communication skill. We should be prepared for the Tele Call interview any time. For me, it was not easy.

I was referred by an employee. Straightforward process. They expect some Hindi speaking people for some clients. Interview process is mostly to check the communication skills. Interview was fairly Easy to check the communication skills.

Its a clean and active process with keen attention with the candidates communication skills and the requirements includes a communication without a grammatical errors. The rejection of the candidates is purely based on the communication skills
