The interview process is just easy. Well, I went to their booth in a Job fair and they will just ask you the typical interview questions and will tell you right away if you pass or no.
I was referred by an employee. Straightforward process. They expect some Hindi speaking people for some clients. Interview process is mostly to check the communication skills. Interview was fairly Easy to check the communication skills.

Its a clean and active process with keen attention with the candidates communication skills and the requirements includes a communication without a grammatical errors. The rejection of the candidates is purely based on the communication skills
