There was a 30 minute video presentation about the company's history's and job role itself and skills to be successful prior to telephone interviews. You were allowed ask questions about role and given interview tips.
Scheduled Telephone Interview for whichever position suits you well, Banking associate, customer service agent, loan collections.
Salary base : $400 per hour + incentives

Entretien
The interview was relative easy. The interviewers were very professional and accommodating. I just didn't like the fact that the final interview was very long because I needed to wait for the availability of the manger.
