Tough but thorough, answer all questions in the order they’re asked. Do your research on the company because they ask you Questions during the interview that you can just find online

Entretien
It was a live video interview with at least five other fellow interviewees at the same time. It lasted for about an hour. It was pretty laid back; they mostly focused on telling us all about the Sutherland and the position they were hiring for. Then they asked us all three questions; one question at a time and we all had to answer it one by one. Nothing too technical.

Q: Would you rather have a shadow working period of one week with low income before starting or would you like to directly go for the position with higher income. You also have the choice to switch in between that week.

30 minutes, stream lined with computer assessments. There was personality test on the computer , along with skill and typing words per minute testing . They did have Neveda job connect doing some assessments for individuals interviewing. It was very professional and 3 step process .
