Walk-in process - then submit all the docs required and fill up your name on the front desk and wait for your name to be called. then interview was asked in typical questions. You just need to be fluent and confident on answering the questions from the interviewer

Entretien
Attended interview online and I finished in 30 mins. Interviewer had professional manner and was very easy to talk to. Practicing Japanese mannerism may help. According to interview, you may have to deal with stress and work in flexible shift.
The interview was in both German and Bulgarian. The HR and Team Lead representatives were kind and made sure I felt calm during the conversation. The process of starting the job after I accepted the offer was very quick.

Interview was pretty easy and straight to the point. The first interview I had was reading the questions/scenarios and then recording your answers and the second was over the phone with a hiring
manager.
