Waste of time. Unprofessionalism at its best. I applied via naukri. Interviewed at their office in kochi. The process took more than 1 week. There was a written test and face to face round. I successfully completed those. Then they said they will contact me. After 2 days, they called and asked to come for typing test. I attended and cleared that round as well as client interview round. Then they told me they will contact if shortlisted. After 4 days, they again called and asked me to attend next round. As i am from a remote location, it was quite difficult for me to travel to kochi everytime. Next round was a chat assessment test and i completed it quite well. Then they again told they will contact me soon. I didn't even got a reply from their side there after. I almost waited for 2 weeks. When i contacted them, they told HR will contact me. After 2 days, i again called and this time they told me i was rejected. When i asked the reason, they even don't know that. Totally i had a very bad experience with sutherland and due to this interview process, i lost many other job opportunities.
