I had to leave the interview in Bogotá’s Sutherland after been 6 hours there and couldn’t even finish the process even though I passed. I came in at 8am and had to leave at 3pm. At the end, I had to leave, because I had low blood sugar levels. Every person has to eat every 4 hours to be in a healthy state. My husband commented about this in a public post of Sutherland on Facebook and his comment was deleted by the company. This is something to think about. We’re not machines. We’re human.

The first round was group discussion and second round was online assessment when I tried to open it shows the test has been already completed and I lost my chance to take the assessment and they simply rejected even they didn't resolved technical problem from their end .
Very practical and had assessments The interviewer was professional I can recommend working here for freshers It is a good MNC company to grow in your career Use the opportunity I have learnt many skills by working here
Basic questions are asked and easy interview and very much easy to get in through the interview and they also do a online interview process and customer service experience is an advantage
