The process had only one written test. The interviewer asked me and others to write an essay on a topic. I think they were testing our English communication skills.

There were two interviews, the first was a Phone interview with the HR. The second interview was with the Associate manager and the recruiter. The interview process was fairly simple and straight forward. This jobs is best suited for fresher who are just looking to gain some corporate experience.
