First one Group Discussions + Resume screening - for GD ,dont be too eager but stable and centered in yourself. share opinions when required and not on everything.
In person interview with Leadership- this was the one to crack with many difficult questions with leadership who flew in to interview. They have the experience to know if you're a fit.
