Basically, It was a face to face interview process and had 3 rounds of interview process where the interviewer where so friendly and guide help us when we get stuck up.

First had a brief session of introduction to Sutherland Development Team and what all projects they are handling.
Then had face to face interview with Director and Team Leader of IVR section.
Mostly the job seeking skills with VC++ and VC#.
Questions was analytical and real world scenarios.
They looked for the handling capacity of candidate in the real world
