Only had one interview. Just contained the standard questions such as previous team working experience. They seemed well prepared with respect to working hours, having a timetable presented so we could discuss suitable working hours. I was then monitored acting as a member of staff on the shop floor. Not able to comment on the shop vibe as I didn't make it past the first interview.

Very easy interview, asked me basic questions about ‘what’s a time you faced a challenge’, ‘when have you had to deal with a bad customer’ etc. It didn’t feel necessarily personalised and more just learning the basic things about someone’s customer service. It was a very quick interview.

it was quick, the person was very friendly and felt like a casual conversation rather than an interview. there was multiple people in the room having separate interviews. however i have not heard back and its been a week and they said they would call me back
