Physchometric Test in nuermical reasoning,logical reasoning ,situation testing and a personality test ,allocating 6 points in 3 different options. then online interview with 5 questions display on screen and recorded in front of web-cam.Finally there is a phone call/interview about the detail of final group assessment and asking the Reason of joing suncorp (again).Facing assessment center with 24 top candidates out 4000 applications are very stressful.

Got invited to a group assessment where they divided the applicants into teams and asked us how to approach situations using their company's principles etc. Afterwards we then had a 1 on 1 interview with some of their staff members.
