You first watch a 5 min video about an overview of the company. Next you meet with a Senior Stylist where they describe the Stylist role & ask you some questions about yourself, like why you want the role & how you will fit it into your lifestyle. Next, you'll do some live styling where you categorize about 5 pieces of clothing & explain how you would style them & for what demographic. You will also be asked to prepare a Pinterest board for a mock client before the interview & the Stylist interviewing you will review your Pinterest board & tell you anything that can be improved & why.

Took a while to receive an invitation to interview, but once someone reached out it was a very easy process. They were straightforward about the interview process, accommodating, and very friendly. We emailed to set a date and time for a Zoom interview and I was told what to expect from the interview beforehand and that's exactly how the process went.
