Except for working with a very nice Team Lead, the disadvantages of working for this company are numerous. It isn't an exaggeration to say that almost every working day the stylist has to find some kind of workaround to do their basic job functions. There seems to ALWAYS be some type of technical issue that needs to be actively solved. I might set 4 hours aside to work my hours, but need to completely switch gears and find time throughout the rest of the day to come back to complete my work. The company also can't seem to find a way to work with supply and demand of clients, relegating some stylists to less than 5 hours a week of work, while others in similar part time job tier are asked to work 18 hours. It doesn't make any sense at all. Now that I can see how things are worked from the inside, I would tell any potential client or investor to run in the other direction!
