You are asked to style a fake client using Pinterest before you go in for your in-person interview where you are generally with two women. You discuss the client you styled and why you made the choices you did and review your note to client.

They have you look at multiple pieces of clothing and discuss what type of person (age, body type, style preference) they are best for and how you would style the piece.
The interview took place via Zoom and was quick and easy with a local Lead Stylist. It was very straightforward and fine. Communication throughout the process was excellent. I received my offer quickly and accepted.

Entretien
I received an email about a week after applying to do a styling activity, about a week after that was submitted I was emailed again to set up a virtual interview. The interview went well, a lot of “tell me a time when” questions.
