J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Stitch Fix (Londres, Angleterre) en avr. 2019
Entretien
It was a positive interview process all in all, the people I met were very nice and I was given a project to bring to the in person interview. Unfortunately I was not offered the job even though it seemed they were impressed with what I brought to the table. This could be based on lack of previous experience within the buying sector.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Stitch Fix
Entretien
- Phone interview - fairly easy & quick
- 1:1 interview - fairly easy, about 30 mins
- Panel interview where you do a presentation in front of 4-5 buyers
- Presentation project took about a week to complete, very detail oriented and time consuming
- Overall presentation took about 1.5 to 2 hours, including interview from panel of buyers at the end

Question 1
A lot of situational questions, "like how would you handle a situation if this were to happen..."
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Stitch Fix (San Francisco, CA) en févr. 2016
Entretien
First had a phone interview with a buyer, then a week later an HR coordinator finally scheduled my in-person interview for a week later. (2 weeks after my first convo)
Interviewers were late, their presentation equipment didn't work which threw me for a loop. 3 people panel interviewed me after I did my presentation of a Skirt Assortment for that month. Then it was 2 one on one interviews. No one told me the process, HR never talked to me, have no idea what salary was, no actual explanation of why I should work from them during the interview. Felt very uncomfortable the whole time, like they were too busy to look up from their laptops to actually talk to me. This position is actually a BUYER position. I recommend they change the title.
I'm super disappointed with how this went as I really wanted to work for them (I have Stitch Fix Styling experience as well). They seem like an awesome company to work for just, I wish I was given another chance with people who wanted to be there, but I guess that's how it goes...
