After submitting my resume online, I was asked to also submit 3 written answers to questions. They had me write notes to two clients after seeing sample fixes and then describe how the part time work would fit into my every day life. I heard back from Stitch Fix in about 2-3 weeks and was asked to do a one-way online interview. There were only 3 questions and you could record your answers as many times as you'd like. It was slightly awkward to see myself while answering the questions, but the questions were pretty simple and especially easy to answer given that you had plenty of time to put together your thoughts. After the video interview I heard back within 4 days and was asked to come in for an in person interview. It was only half an hour and they asked me to put together a sample fix for a client on Pinterest and style some pieces of clothing they had in the room. Not to many hard questions, the interview was pretty casual.

Question 1
How would you style 3 pieces of clothing, what body shapes and ages would you select them for?
In-person interview. Very friendly, professional and comfortable. Had a little bit of prep work to do for interview to show abilities to do the job. Presented work casually in person during interview.

The interview process was great. You had to submit a mock styling activity where they have you pick out items for a particular client. After getting through that part of the interview, an in-person interview with Stitch Fix staff is scheduled. The two women I interviewed with were very nice and the interview was more conversational in nature rather than just questions and answers.
