Entretien
Rigorous interview process. Three different levels to interview, pre-interview styling, styling during the interview, and phone interview process. They try to scare you to make sure you're confident in what you're talking about. Dont let them syke you out. They don't even hire people trained in styling, they hire mostly stay-at-home moms to only focus on them. Not worth it.
