I interviewed with Stitch Fix over the process of several months, meeting with several leadership team members and even putting together a presentation. Following my last interview, I reached out twice for an update and never heard anything back. It's very disappointing that a company would ignore a candidate they have spoken to over the course of several months, and an embarrassing act for an HR team. The people I met were very lovely and it's disappointing I had such a poor experience. Stitch Fix needs to do better on their candidate experience as it seems I am not the only person this has happened to.

Entretien
Phone screening was about 35 minutes. Said that I was moving on to the next round during the call, but I never heard from them. Followed up twice with the recruiter and then received an automated message telling me that I wasn't moving forward.
