J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Stitch Fix (Dallas, TX) en juill. 2020
Entretien
I applied online and two days later got the first 'round', which was picking clothes for two pretend clients. I had 72 hours to submit that project. Once I submitted, I got another email two days later about the next/final round. This time I needed to do a pinterest project and turn it in 24hrs before the interview date.
I scheduled my interview and it was via zoom type program. The interviewer was super nice and welcoming. I presented my project and we talked about hours and specifics regarding the job.
I got an emailed job offer one week later. Overall it was a very lengthy interview process for a part time job, but I didn't mind too much. It was fun and gives an insight to the job responsibilities.
In-person interview. Very friendly, professional and comfortable. Had a little bit of prep work to do for interview to show abilities to do the job. Presented work casually in person during interview.

The interview process was great. You had to submit a mock styling activity where they have you pick out items for a particular client. After getting through that part of the interview, an in-person interview with Stitch Fix staff is scheduled. The two women I interviewed with were very nice and the interview was more conversational in nature rather than just questions and answers.
