J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Stitch Fix (Cleveland, OH) en sept. 2019
Entretien
I applied online and received an email a few days later to complete a short activity based on what one item I would send to a client based off their previous fixes or feedback. After, if you're selected for an interview, you'll have only a few time slots to select. You'll have another activity to complete but this time it is styling a person's entire fix (5 items). The interview is virtual and mine was with two women. They were very friendly and made the interview comfortable. The questions weren't traditional, but I could tell they were personal based on my resume which was nice. The interview lasted about 45 minutes and revolved around my previous experience, going over my activity together and why I selected the items I did, and then going over the position details.

Question 1
How would you handle a client that really disliked a Fix you styled?
It was a simple interview, had to do mock styling then a zoom interview with hiring manager. Basic interview questions asked, basically looking for customer service experience for the job
