If you were a member of a sorority in college or just a general clique of popular girls your whole life and appreciate that lifestyle then this is the place for you. The minute I walked in and saw how fake everyone was I knew I wasn’t getting an offer and these people dont care about real women, the general population, etc. I think a company that supports real women of all styles would be a refreshing change from what Stitchfix clearly is. What I didn’t understand most was how everyone acted so stuck up about everything but when you see the clothes they have to offer they’re far from quality and many are far from stylish.
Also at the interview you find out that it’s not truly and hourly job, it’s a timed job. You just complete 4 fixes per hour like slave labor or you’re out. Since this interview I personally signed up for the service to see how it is on the receiving end, 3 times now I’ve asked for a leather jacket and not received one so that tells you nobody has time to consider what the client wants anyway in their ridiculous time crunch. I knew at the interview that even if they offered a job it wasn’t for me, I can earn 15/hour doing a lot easier things with my time.
