Entretien
After submitting your résumé, you'll be contacted to respond to a customer inquiry prompt via email. After that, you'll be contacted for a phone interview, followed by an on-site interview. Be sure you can speak to your experiences for both interviews as they are mostly situational/behavioral ("Describe a time when...") questions! During the on-site interview, you shadow an agent for half an hour, which is so insightful! Both of my interviewers as well as the agent I shadowed were very pleasant, informative, and went above and beyond to answer my questions about the role. With that being said, other reviews that claim the position is "dead end" or there being "no room for advancement" are invalid because they were clear about their intentions and means to develop their agents when I asked. Not to mention they are expanding their means of communication with clients. Ultimately I did not receive an offer- my best guess is this was mostly due to my trouble speaking to my experiences on the spot. While I respect their decision, I'm definitely looking forward to the chance to reapply!

Entretien
There was 30-minute phone interview and then an in-office interview where you shadow a current employee for 30 minutes then speak with 1-2 managers for 30 minutes. They ask you the average interview questions. You listen to a pre-recorded call and suggest improvements. Lastly, you respond to a fake email. The shadowing was fun for me, because it was very natural and communicative. The one-on-one interview was weird because of how scripted and robotic it was.

3-part interview process. Online writing prompts and typing tests. Phone interview. In-Person Interview at downtown office. In the final stage there is also a shadowing component with a current employee.

Entretien
I applied online and received an email a few days later asking to do a phone interview. The phone interview was pretty basic and was mainly them giving me information. After that, I was asked to come in for a 1-2 hour interview. In this interview, I shadowed someone for 30 minutes and met with two people for about an hour. In that, I listened to a phone call that I had to analyze and then responded to a hypothetical email. All in all, pretty easy!
