J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Stitch Fix (San Francisco, CA) en sept. 2016
Entretien
The process was three+ months. It consisted of two 30 minute phone screens; three in-person interviews (met 15 people) and a final 45 minute project presentation. Each time I came onsite they booked me back, to back, to back for four hours. No bathroom break, no food, no water. Talk about brutal. I also never had a formal recruiter, only an onsite coordinator which made things slightly awkward in the end.
Overall, I felt the process for a Manager level role was overly drawn out. Additionally, for someone that's currently working, asking them to come in three times is overkill and slightly disrespectful. My advice to anyone interviewing at Stitch Fix, be up for being put you through the ringer. If you feel like you're being hazed throughout the process, its because you are. Lastly, don't lose your job trying to get one here.

Question 1
Director level and above asked situational questions. "Tell me about a time..." They wrote out their answers; I assume to score interviewees much like Google does.
