The whole process took pretty long but it was understandable. I started with the application and received the directions to complete a Pinterest board for a fake client. It took 100% of the time they said it would take to get back to me about an interview. Got the interview offer and scheduled it for a date approximately 3 weeks later. The woman who greeted me at the interview was super kind, so were the two "leads" who interviewed me. The interview consisted of reviewing my fake client's board. I had to write a sample note as well. They brought in merchandise and they asked me questions about it like, " who would you send this to. Would an edgy client like it?" Etc. Took 100 % of the time they said it would take to offer me a job.
