I filled out a brief online interview with general info and how I would style certain people. Pretty easy! They got back to me via email within a couple of weeks, and I scheduled an in-person interview at the office in Austin. Two leads interviewed me for about thirty minutes. I had to write a note to my pretend client from the online interview while waiting for the in-person to start, and then read the note to them. I also had to answer questions about dressed mannequins - what age or body type would wear the outfits they're wearing, etc. I left around lunch time and got the email that I was hired that night.

Took a while to receive an invitation to interview, but once someone reached out it was a very easy process. They were straightforward about the interview process, accommodating, and very friendly. We emailed to set a date and time for a Zoom interview and I was told what to expect from the interview beforehand and that's exactly how the process went.
