Before the interview you choose 5 pieces for a "client." At the interview, they tell you about how the system works and that the stylists will be using computer software to select pieces for their clients. They ask you some questions, discuss the 5 pieces you chose, and then you do a live styling session where you talk about the clothes in the room and what "look" they would fit.
