Simple, not stressful, and easygoing. Most of the time they were interested in my character or me as a person and how I will deal with demanding customers as well as how fast I am able to learn.

A customer is mad about a product we sold them the day before, you do not know anything about the product we sold them and they demand a refund but do not have a receipt nor is the person a part of our staples rewards. How would you handle this person if the manager is busy with something else?
